Created by celebrated California breeder Sherbinski, this variety—also marketed as Bacio Gelato—combines genetics from Sunset Sherbert and Thin Mint Cookies. Gelato 41 BX develops with considerable vigor, frequently surpassing 200cm when grown outdoors in soil-based setups. Plants cultivated in outdoor or greenhouse conditions can produce up to 750 grams each. In northern regions, mature buds are typically ready by late September or mid-October, whereas growers in the southern hemisphere should plan for harvests around March. Indoor cultivation yields between 450 to 600 grams per square meter across an 8 to 10-week bloom cycle.
