The Cool 600W is the middle lamp in Sunmaster's vegetative COOL range: 5,500K, 720 µmol total, 650 µmol between 400 and 700nm, and 195 PAR watts.
Compare the PAR watts rather than the wattage when you are choosing between lamps — that is the figure that tells you what reaches the plant. Half the spectral energy sits in the blue/violet band between 380nm and 495nm, which is what a veg lamp is for: compact growth, thick stems, no stretch.
It burns in any position and is rated 10,000 hours, which is a year of veg cycles for most people. Part number 61492. Sunmaster build the COOL range to be swapped out for a flowering lamp rather than run through the whole cycle.
