The King Plus 1200W is the next size up in KingLED's double-chip panel line. The name counts the diodes — 120 pieces of 10 W Epistar chips — while the stated draw is about 235 W. Spectrum is 410 nm, 430–440 nm, 450–475 nm, 620–630 nm, 650–670 nm, white and IR at 730 nm.
KingLED gives the footprint as about 3.5 × 5.2 ft, which is a rectangle rather than a square and suits a long tent better than a boxy one. The panel is 15.75 × 8.39 × 2.37 inches, runs 85–265 V at 50–60 Hz, cools with fans over a 3.0 mm board, and is rated past 50,000 hours.
At 235 W it is a one-panel light for a small to mid tent. The name is not a wattage and should not be read against an HID of the same number.
