MASTER GreenPower CG T 400W HPS
Grow Lights400W
The MASTER GreenPower CG T 400W is the mid lamp in Philips' CG T horticultural HPS line, order code 928158709227. It consumes 430.0 W at a nominal 126 V, rated 136 lm/W at 2000 K with a CRI of 29, in a clear T46 bulb with a 118.6 mm arc and an E40 cap.
Philips quote 30,000 hour(s) to 50% failures and 473 kWh per 1000 h of running. It is dimmable and burns in any position, so it will sit in a vertical batwing or a horizontal double-ended style reflector without derating.
This is the workhorse size for a single-light flowering tent. Note the gap between the 400W in the name and the 430.0 W it actually pulls — that is ballast and lamp together, and it is the number your extraction and your bill see.
