Bioprotect

Namaste Nutrientes Bioprotect is a biological plant protection product containing beneficial microorganisms — particularly trichoderma fungi and/or beneficial bacteria — that colonize the root zone and leaf surfaces to compete with and suppress harmful pathogens. The biological protection mechanism creates a living defense layer that prevents pathogen establishment without synthetic fungicides or bactericides.

Trichoderma species in products like Bioprotect are well-documented for their effectiveness against common cannabis pathogens including Pythium (root rot), Fusarium, Botrytis (grey mold), and Rhizoctonia. They colonize the root zone rapidly and produce anti-fungal enzymes and compounds that create inhospitable conditions for harmful organisms.
