Plant Magic 60/40 Supreme Growing Media is a pre-blended coco coir and perlite mix with a 60% coco to 40% perlite ratio. The higher perlite content compared to standard 70/30 mixes creates a faster-draining, more aerated medium — suited for growers who water frequently or use automated systems and want to avoid any risk of overwatering.

The extra perlite in the 60/40 blend creates more air space in the root zone, which is particularly beneficial for large plants in fabric pots that receive multiple daily irrigations. The coco component provides the substrate for root attachment and the microbial environment that benefits from organic inputs.
