70/30 Supreme Growing Media

Plant Magic 70/30 Supreme Growing Media is a pre-blended coco coir and perlite mix with a 70% coco to 30% perlite ratio — the classic cannabis coco blend balancing moisture retention and drainage. The 30% perlite component provides structural support, excellent aeration, and faster drainage after irrigation, while the 70% coco gives roots the moisture and substrate they need to thrive.

This ratio is considered the industry standard for coco-based cannabis cultivation because it suits a wide range of irrigation frequencies from once-daily hand watering to automated high-frequency fertigation. It retains enough moisture to prevent drying out while draining well enough to avoid root rot and oxygen deprivation.
