Black Label is a cultivar from Seach Medical Group, an Israeli licensed medical cannabis producer founded in 2008 and listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange in 2019. In Israel it is sold through pharmacies as "Nitzan (Black Label)" in the T20/C4 category, marked as an indica and grown in greenhouses for 10 g packs. The genetics are given as OG Kush crossed with a landrace Kush; Seach has not published further parentage. Flowers are described as dense, tightly packed calyxes under a thick coat of trichomes, and Seach sells it as flower rather than seed.

Israeli listings describe Black Label as a night-time flower, and consumers report a relaxed, calm, mildly euphoric effect that builds into heavy sedation and appetite, which suits it to evening use. Pharmacy batch data list THC at 20.7% with 0.1% CBD, matching its T20 label, and since the category only caps CBD at 4% the CBD content is effectively trace.
