Crème de la Crème is a Team Elite Genetics cross of Elite OG and Grandma's Cookies, bred and pheno-hunted in house by the Southern California company. It is among the company's most decorated cultivars, taking first place for indica flower at the 2018 High Times NorCal Cup and third place at both the 2017 High Times Harvest Cup and 2017 World Cup. Reviewers describe wide, squat colas with dense Cookies-style nuggets, light to mid-green with yellow and amber tints from heavy trichome coverage, dark orange pistils and purple-tipped calyxes.

Labelled a full indica, it is reported as a slow creeper: consumers describe a tingling body buzz that begins in the fingers and toes and settles into a calm, drowsy euphoria over about fifteen minutes. The high is heavy, with couch lock, hunger and sleepiness commonly reported and strong effects lasting around three hours. It is an evening strain for experienced consumers. A 2022 dispensary batch tested at 31% THC; CBD is not reported.

The breeder lists beta-caryophyllene, beta-myrcene and delta-limonene as dominant terpenes. The nose opens with garlic, pepper and OG gas, then gives way to whipped cream, sweet lemon candy and orange diesel, and the smoke is smooth with a vanilla cream and buttery cookie finish. Team Elite Genetics offers Crème de la Crème as flower and does not sell seeds, and it has not published flowering time, height, yield or a difficulty rating. Its OG and Cookies parentage suggests a medium-height plant well suited to controlled indoor growing.
