Golden Strawberry Regular

Golden Strawberry is a regular-seed, sativa-leaning hybrid from The Farm Genetics, the in-house breeding line of The Farm, a dispensary and cultivator based in Boulder, Colorado. The cross pairs Golden Goat, the Island Sweet Skunk x (Hawaiian x Romulan) hybrid that became a Colorado staple, with Sour Strawberry, a strawberry-scented hybrid built on East Coast Sour Diesel and Strawberry Cough lines. One retail database lists Strawberry Banana as the second parent instead, but Seedfinder and GrowDiaries both give Sour Strawberry. Plants grow medium-tall and bushy with vigorous side branching, and the dense, resinous buds carry the pale golden-green tint and orange pistils of Golden Goat.

Consumers describe Golden Strawberry as a daytime strain. The onset is lively and clear-headed, settling into a happy, uplifted mood with a mild body ease that does not tip into sedation. The Farm markets it as strong but not overbearing, and growers report that it suits creative work and social use rather than late evenings. Published lab figures show 20–23% THC with about 0.4% CBD.

The flavour leads with Golden Goat's tropical, citrus-tinged sweetness, followed by ripe strawberry, a sugary finish and a faint earthy, woody undertone. The terpene profile is reported as terpinolene and limonene forward with supporting myrcene. Difficulty is moderate: the plant is vigorous but wants a well-managed canopy and steady feeding. Flowering takes about 8 to 9 weeks (the breeder quotes roughly 60 days), with indoor yields reported around 350 to 400 g/m² and outdoor plants finishing well in warm, dry climates.
