Kali Sour Kush

Kali Sour Kush belongs to the Josh D Farms stable, the cultivation project of Josh Del Rosso, the Los Angeles grower credited with establishing OG Kush in California during the 1990s. Its precise parentage has never been published, as the farm builds its menu on original OG Kush genetics, yet the cut carries enough weight in the programme to serve as the mother of Kali Sour Kiss, a Kustom Shop seed release made with the Smooch male. Buds form diamond-shaped, tightly packed flowers in bright green, threaded with orange-brown pistils beneath an abundant coat of resin glands.

Reported effects begin with a warming sensation around the head that gradually shifts into calming, body-centred relaxation described as blissful rather than crushing. No verified THC percentage has been published for this cultivar, so potency should be judged batch by batch; the soothing lean points it towards evening use and consumers already comfortable with strong OG flower.

On the palate the strain layers pine, citrus peel and earth over classic OG fuel, with a burnt-rubber accent on the exhale that hints at sour lineage. Terpenes are not lab-listed, though myrcene, caryophyllene and limonene are the likely drivers for this family. Cultivation data is equally scarce; related Josh D releases are compact, indica-leaning photoperiod plants suited to rooms with limited vertical space.
