Growth Characteristics

This strain develops into a dense, compact plant that doesn't exhibit excessive vertical growth during flowering. Most phenotypes display vigorous side branching and robust central canes. You'll encounter two distinct bud structures across the line: some plants produce tightly-packed, cone-shaped flower clusters, while others generate individual round buds with more space between nodes. Maui Moose displays vivid green coloration throughout growth, accompanied by exceptionally heavy resin production that beautifully contrasts with its orange stigmas—or occasionally pink ones on special phenotypes.

This strain presents a complex blend of piney sharpness, funky rubber and fuel notes, and savory garlic undertones. Select phenotypes offer surprising hints of cilantro, while others deliver subtle cantaloupe sweetness. The terpene profile is myrcene-forward, with caryophyllene as the secondary dominant compound. Additional significant terpenes include pinene, humulene, and ocimene.

Maui Moose delivers a euphoric daytime experience characterized by clear-headed effects without anxiety, paired with noticeable body comfort. The high combines mental stimulation with physical ease and a spacey quality, making it ideal for recreational daytime activities like gaming and dancing.

Four distinct phenotypes emerged during testing:

Maui-Moose Hybrid: Exceptionally vigorous with early, heavy bud formation. Produces massive, conical flower clusters densely packed with resin and tightly-arranged calyxes. Compact, well-proportioned plants with optimal leaf coverage for light penetration and airflow. Commercial-grade flower quality.

Maui Dominant: Resembles the hybrid but with slightly smaller, golf ball-sized buds that stack less densely. Equally impressive resin and terpene production.

Moose & Lobstah: Develops long cylindrical flowers that may stack heavily or, less ideally, compress and lose density.

Pink Pistils: Rare phenotype featuring sustained pink stigil coloration throughout flowering, shifting to amber at harvest. Moose-dominant genetics with sugary, cylindrical buds that stack well.
