Moon Walk

Moon Walk is an indica-dominant hybrid from The Farm Genetics, the in-house breeding project of The Farm, a Boulder, Colorado dispensary and cultivator. The breeder created it by crossing Purple Cow with Square Dance, two lesser-known Colorado cuts, and the strain is listed as feminized photoperiod seed. The flowers grow dense and tightly stacked, ranging from lime to forest green with purple accents, dark orange pistils and a heavy resin coat that gives the buds a frosted appearance.

Consumers describe Moon Walk as a relaxing evening strain. The onset brings a wave of euphoria and a happy, tingly mood that eases mental chatter, and over time the effect becomes heavier and more sedative, so it is usually reserved for the end of the day or as a pre-sleep option rather than daytime use. Leafly lists THC at about 23% with no meaningful CBD, while grower reports place it closer to 21%, so it is a potent strain that experienced consumers tend to appreciate more than newcomers.

The flavour opens with bright lemon and citrus, backed by sweetness, herbal notes and an earthy, peppery spice on the exhale. Limonene dominates the terpene profile, supported by myrcene and caryophyllene. Growers describe Moon Walk as a straightforward, Kush-leaning plant: medium height with stout lateral branching, minimal stretch under lights and good resistance to mould and pests. Flowering takes roughly 8 to 10 weeks, with indoor yields reported around 400 g/m² and outdoor plants producing considerably more in a warm, dry climate.
