Night Sky

Night Sky is an indica flower cultivar from A Golden State, the Shasta County, California brand that grows indoors and packages eighths in navy boxes; it is sold through dispensaries and is not available as seed. The brand lists the lineage as Face on Fire crossed with AGS Male II, one of its in-house males, and calls it a bold OG indica. Its buds are described as rounded and painted with deep purple and blue hues; reviewers describe dense, dark purple flowers with a crystalline coating and red pistils standing out against the frost.

A Golden State describes a powerfully psychoactive, daydream-like high in which limbs soften and tension fades, attributing the sedation and muscle relaxation to myrcene and caryophyllene and recommending it for experienced consumers. Reviewers compare it to a blanket laid over the whole body, with early sleepiness that eases into mellow composure, and Weedmaps consumers tag it relaxed and hungry. Published potency varies: the brand's Weedmaps listing shows 28 to 30 percent THC, its Leafly listing 24 to 26 percent, and reviewed batches were labeled 30.34 percent in January 2023 and 31.5 percent THC with 0.05 percent CBD in 2024.

The brand lists lavender, sandalwood and lemon zest on Weedmaps and lavender, sour peach and lemon zest on Leafly, with piney notes and earthy smoke; reviewers add sweet berries, maple and a peppery edge. Dominant terpenes are myrcene, caryophyllene and humulene, and one tested batch showed 1.76 percent total terpenes. No cultivation data applies to this flower-only cultivar.
