Pineapple Express Auto

Pineapple Express Auto from STRNG Seeds is an autoflowering version of Pineapple Express, the sativa-leaning hybrid generally attributed to Trainwreck crossed with a Hawaiian sativa. STRNG, a small US seed company selling seed produced by American growers, gives that Trainwreck x Hawaiian lineage with ruderalis added for automatic flowering, though the ruderalis source is not named. Plants stay short and stout with a strong central cola and thick side branches, and the dense, frosty buds cluster near the top of the plant.

Consumers describe a balanced experience that combines mental stimulation with physical relaxation, an upbeat mood boost with a creative edge that suits daytime use rather than late evenings. STRNG publishes no THC or CBD figures for this auto, so potency is undocumented.

The aroma is heavy on ripe pineapple and mango with a clean citrus bite and light earthiness, sharpening into citrus peel and warm spice late in flower with a creamy note after curing; STRNG names myrcene, pinene and limonene as the dominant terpenes. Rated beginner-friendly and tolerant of minor mistakes, it responds well to early LST but should not be topped on its short timeline. Most plants finish at 60 to 100 cm, yield about 300 to 400 g/m² indoors or 60 to 100 g per plant outdoors, and complete the cycle 9 to 10 weeks from seed. It suits small indoor spaces and frost-free outdoor runs, ideally under 18 to 20 hours of light.
