Pineapple Poison is a sativa-leaning hybrid strain developed by crossing a female Pineapple (an old-school Skunk phenotype) with a reverted Durban Poison male from Dutch Passion. This breeding project aimed to create a vigorous, resilient sativa with an intricate and distinctive terpene composition.

The strain delivers a potent aromatic experience with predominantly fruity, sweet, and herbal characteristics. On the palate, expect tropical flavors complemented by subtle notes of aniseed and mint. One notable phenotype expresses elevated limonene levels, resulting in particularly fruity and zesty aromatics. The complex flavor palette—ranging across fruity, sweet, and herbal dimensions with distinct aniseed undertones inherited from the Durban parent—sets this strain apart from many contemporary crosses.

Pineapple Poison exhibits strong sativa structure with robust, solid branching. The plant demonstrates medium to large proportions and responds well to training techniques. Early vegetative growth may initially appear more indica-like, with large, broad leaves, though the overall architecture remains sativa-dominant without excessive vertical stretch typical of pure sativas.
